The Role

We are seeking a Palletizer Operator who is self-motivated, detailed and safety minded.  This person will tend machines that perform several functions.  Applicant will be assigned paper work that needs to be filled out every day.  Understand and demonstrate approved procedures for case defect, bag defects, change rolls of shrink wrap and load slip/tie sheets.  Will be assigned to work other projects that need to be completed in a safe and timely manner.

Must have good communication skills both in oral and written.  Know how to use the computer will help in performing the duties of this job.  Rework product in an expeditious manner reusing fiber when appropriate.  This job will require you to stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs.  Will be required to frequently lift and or move up to 90 pounds. The job requires you to work around slippery, wet floors and toxic or hazardous chemicals.  You will be working with loud noise, airborne particles, and in hot/humid or cold environments.

Key Accountabilities

Duties:

Monitor line flow rates

Monitor line sanitation

Troubleshoot equipment 

Operates terminal keyboard for tickets printed.

Coordinates with the lab personnel for proper dispositioning of held product.

Ensures proper ticketing and coding of all product.

Train other employees.
