Job Description Summary

Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to provide business analytics and fact-based recommendations that will assist in delivering against the stated objectives. Specific tasks include monthly forecasting and reporting and ad hoc projects.

Job Description

• Act as a finance partner for the Supply Chain organization and provide ad-hoc analytic support as requested
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Finance have a single, consistent plan
• Reconcile internal sales and operations plans and work alongside various departments to identify gap closing actions to mitigate financial risks
• Drive the financial evaluation of the demand and supply plan, ensuring alignment with corporate financial targets
• Work alongside Marketing to provide financial recommendations and risk mitigation during portfolio reviews
• Identify, quantify, and communicate financial risks and opportunities to senior management
• Provide monthly financial analyses for Monthly Business Reviews and S&OP meetings
• Participate in month-end/quarter-end close activities to ensure completion of assigned tasks, including ability to communicate key financial and business drivers, resolve risk and opportunities in a timely matter.
• Partner with global leaders to provide insight into the financial implications of changes in source of supply
• Assist in the development of the annual business/strategic plan
• Provide comprehensive financial analyses and maintain global costing models for various requests
• Constructively challenge and question various business decisions offering alternative recommendations.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting/finance required
• 5+ years of professional experience in financial analysis and data management

Skills:

• Knowledge of P&L management and generally accepted accounting principles
• Demonstrate ability to analyze and assimilate relevant data into key financial recommendations.
• Ability to present complex financial data using detailed reports and charts to both internal and external audience
• Demonstrated successful interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong ability to think logically and analytically, problem-solve, build consensus, and lead initiatives in an organized and efficient manner
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP software tools preferred.
• Knowledge of applications such as Domo, Business Objects (or other BI), SQL and Salesforce preferred.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects & work independently
• Experience effectively working across multiple departments to complete a project or resolve an organizational challenge
• Demonstrate ability to self-motivate and work under limited supervision in a fast-paced environment, ability to deal with ambiguity, change and a dynamic business environment.

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. A candidate's work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role is listed below.

Pay Rate or Range: $84,070.00 - $126,100.00
