Job Description Summary
This position utilizing established procedures, maintains recycled fiber program, dry supply inventories and sanitation processes.
Job Description
Individuals in this position must:
Communicates with supervisors and/or leaders to aid in the operations.
Follows all plant, OSHA and WISHA safety rules.
Keeps work area clean and safe.
Communicates with outside vendors or truck drivers for the purpose of loading or unloading of dry supply materials.
Operate a powered industrial truck when loading, unloading, warehousing, and other movements of dry supply related ingredients, production supplies or other designated supplies.This is not to exceed Incidental work the FLOP would normally perform nor replace the Dry Supply Driver for the shift.
Operate a box taping machine.
Operate a strapping tool.
Maintain legible and accurate records of inventory movement activities.
Performs dry supply inventories, including fiscal year inventories.
Print and maintain various reports as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Must be able to sit, stand, walk and climb.
Must have good eye-hand coordination.
Must have normal finger dexterity and range of motion.
Is required to reach with his/her hands and arms repetitively.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on frequent basis.
Must be able to push and pull heavy items on occasion.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the functions of this job. The employee:
Will regularly work near moving mechanical parts.
Is occasionally exposed to humid conditions as well as moderate heat and cold environments.
May be occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration.
Will regularly work in an environment in which the noise level is usually loud.
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Qualifications:
Have the ability and willingness to follow instructions
Successfully completes operator training course for powered industrial truck qualification.
Possess a working knowledge of how the equipment works
Read, understand, and obey all plant rules and practice safety as outlined in the employee handbook.
Possess basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing)
Ability to effectively communicate in English
Education
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s work location, job duties, experience and expertise. A reasonable hourly estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $20.03 - $21.03
