Laborer Sanitation - Grave Shift

Perform sanitation and cleaning procedures as required to fulfill tasks outlined inPlantSanitation Plan.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

• High School diploma or equivalent; or up to three months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS 

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,operatingand maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability towriteroutine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate in Englishcommensuratewith the requirements of this position.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES 

• Must be able to use various sanitation equipment and tools. Willbe requiredto be qualified tooperateforklift, genielift, and scissor lift.

While performing the duties of this job, the employeeis regularly required tostand. The employee is occasionally required toclimb onladders or other supporting structures off of ground level.  The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds,frequentlylift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionallytandemlift and/or move more than 100 pounds.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to dusty and wet and/or humid conditions. The employeefrequentlyworks near moving mechanical partsand inconfined spaces. The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee willfrequentlyhave to climb stairs throughout the shift.
