Job Description Summary
The Product Lead is responsible for understanding Lamb Weston’s current application and technical landscape, the direction of relevant technologies within the industry, and Lamb Weston’s business strategy in order to define and execute a multi-year product and applications roadmap for an assigned business domain.
The Product Lead works closely with global and regional stakeholders to shape and deliver scalable, enterprise digital capabilities aligned to business and operational priorities. The role owns the domain technology vision, roadmap, and demand lifecycle, ensuring core platforms are leveraged to enable reliable operations, optimized cost-to-serve, improved service levels, and scalable growth.
Product Leads operate as strategic advisors and product owners, balancing innovation, modernization, and run stability while ensuring solutions align to enterprise architecture standards and long-term platform strategy.
Job Description
- Own the application and technology portfolio for the assigned business domain
- Establish and maintain a deep understanding of business processes, pain points, and strategic objectives within the domain
- Develop and maintain a multi-year product and technology roadmap aligned to technical, business, and operational strategy
- Lead demand intake, evaluation, prioritization, and governance for domain initiatives
- Translate business needs into clearly defined, scalable product capabilities and solution concepts
- Influence technical and business stakeholders to align on priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs across regions and functions
- Ensure initiatives are clearly defined, value-driven, and delivery-ready prior to execution
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure alignment with platform standards and long-term direction
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Delivery teams through delivery kickoff and execution
- Track adoption, performance, and realized value of solutions post-launch
- Partner with vendors and managed services providers to enable seamless run and support
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, application ownership, or domain technology leadership (CL 21)
- Experience supporting enterprise platforms and complex, integrated application landscapes
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience operating in global, matrixed environments
- Prior experience in CPG, manufacturing, retail, or consumer-focused industries preferred

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range posted based on various factors, including, but not limited to, job duties, experience and expertise. A candidate's work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role is listed below.Pay Rate or Range: $101,730.00 - $152,600.00
