Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is accountable for the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives focused on national chain accounts. The successful candidate will bring strong storytelling skills, data-driven insights, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across internal teams and commercial stakeholders. This position plays a pivotal role in driving customer engagement through market research, product and packaging strategies, and culinary inspiration. Exceptional communication skills, cross-functional influence, and a strong leadership presence are essential to meet annual objectives and business targets.
Job Description
- Lead and execute with cross-functional teams to strategically deliver on complex customer requests & proactive engagement that anticipates client needs & drive high-impact outcomes for strategic customer accounts.
- Develop and deliver targeted customer-facing materials—including campaigns, virtual engagement content, presentations, brochures, videos, and training resources—in alignment with the Marketing Manager
- Lead strategy and execution on new customer experiences including customer tours, culinary immersions & new ways to represent at conventions.
- Lead execution of Lamb Weston’s participation in select customer and industry events
- Manage and review the output of external agencies to ensure delivery of high-quality tools and merchandising assets
- Coordinates with agency to monitor implementation of planned communication activities offline and across digital & virtual platforms
- Provide clear and consistent communication of project progress to sales, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders
- Align with innovation planning and New Product Development processes to support business growth
- Deepen understanding of Lamb Weston’s product portfolio and communicate product value effectively
- Analyze global and domestic foodservice trends and apply insights to enhance brand, consumer, distributor, and market engagement strategies
- Follows Legal review processes to ensure Lamb Weston is appropriately protected from a legal perspective in external-facing sales materials and content
- Source quotes, manage budgets, and maintain financial compliance in SAP
- Support additional initiatives as assigned
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Education/ Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing or business. MBA preferred.
Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years experience in marketing, sales, or comparable mix of education and experience required. Foodservice and B2B experience preferred. Knowledge and application of digital B2C marketing techniques a plus.
- Demonstrated experience managing agencies and vendors for program execution
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects with precision and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva; experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus
- Highly detail-oriented & a proactive self-starter
Physical Environment/Demands:
- Some travel may be required (up to 25% of the time)
- Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment
- Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
- Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone and other office equipment in the course of normal workday
- Stooping, bending, twisting and reaching may be required in completion of job duties
- Valid Driver’s License and driving record that meets Lamb Weston Driving Standards

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range posted based on various factors, including, but not limited to, job duties, experience and expertise. A candidate’s work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $76,420.00 - $114,640.00
