This role operates within the framework of our OCM Center of Expertise (COE) and must be able to flex seamlessly across multiple scopes of change at the same time—from serving as a fully dedicated resource on large transformational initiatives, consulting with leaders on mid-sized transitions, and guiding teams to self-service resources for smaller initiatives.
