Job Description Summary
The Manager, Organizational Change Management (OCM) plays a critical role in enabling the successful adoption of change across our global organization. This position is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering OCM activities in alignment with the scope and needs of assigned change initiatives.
This role operates within the framework of our OCM Center of Expertise (COE) and must be able to flex seamlessly across multiple scopes of change at the same time—from serving as a fully dedicated resource on large transformational initiatives, consulting with leaders on mid-sized transitions, and guiding teams to self-service resources for smaller initiatives. By balancing these service levels, the Manager ensures that employees are prepared, equipped, and supported to adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working.
Although this role has no direct reports, the Manager will regularly lead and influence cross-functional teams through change efforts. They must be able to mobilize diverse groups, build alignments, and drive results without formal authority.
This role requires a self-starter who can independently lead end-to-end initiatives, proactively identify needs, design effective solutions, and drive outcomes with minimal direction.
As part of our long-term strategy to build organizational change maturity, the Manager will also play a vital role in coaching and educating business leaders. They will help leaders strengthen their change leadership capabilities and embed consistent practices across the enterprise.
Job Description
- Develop and deliver OCM plans, including stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, communication, training, and adoption measurement.
- Lead and influence cross-functional projects and business teams to achieve change outcomes, even without formal reporting relationships.
- Manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously
- Partner with project teams, leaders, and stakeholders to assess change impacts and readiness.
- Coach and educate business leaders to strengthen their change leadership skills and foster enterprise-wide change in maturity.
- Provide consulting and guidance to leaders to drive people’s transitions and
- Direct leaders and teams to the OCM COE’s toolkit of templates and resources for smaller-scale initiatives.
- Track, measure, and report adoption and business readiness outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the OCM COE framework and resources.
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Education/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree required, in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum Functional Experience: 8 years of tactically driving and leading full life-cycle transformational initiatives.
- Minimum Management Experience: 3+ years
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) required
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of advisory, planning, and execution experience spanning stakeholders across all levels, including executive-level stakeholders; advantage if tied to a globally, heavily distributed workforce.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with managing internal stakeholder strategic communications, including developing/delivering training materials, facilitating engagements with various stakeholders, and engaging with different levels of critical path stakeholders frequently.
- Proven ability to independently lead multiple change initiatives simultaneously end-to-end, from assessment through execution and measurement, and flexing across different service levels.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience managing change across varying levels of scope and complexity.

Skills
- Advanced MS365 Skills, required.
- Experience with digital communication channels such as email, audio, video, in-person meetings, and online tools
- Experience with training tools – Articulate 360 experience preferred.
- Strong visual communication skills
- Proficiency with SharePoint, preferred.
- Advanced experience with collaboration tools, preferred.
- SAFe, Agile, and Waterfall project methodology knowledge required
- Process design expertise
- Survey design and analysis to gather levels of awareness and adoption of change programs

A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $92,480.00 - $138,710.00
