Job Description Summary
The Senior HRIS Analyst will support Lamb Weston’s global HRIS environment with functional and configuration expertise with a focus in more than one module while supporting Lamb Weston’s core HCM module. Partners with the HR Service Center and the HR COE’s to creatively develop, design and streamline processes. Assures deliverables meet or exceed organizational objectives and aligns with HR strategies.
Job Description
- Serve as the HRIS partner supporting designated HCM areas such as Core HR, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Absence, Time/Scheduling, Payroll and Talent/Performance.
- Serve as subject matter expert on current and upcoming HRIS capabilities.
- Provide consultation to HR COEs to gather requirements, provide solutions and impact analysis. Configure, test, and validate all solutions provided.
- Responsible for HRIS configuration to support global/local enhancements or change requests that are scalable for future growth.
- Ability to understand the impacts of any changes to HRIS processes on other technologies and on downstream systems ensuring the appropriate parties are advised.
- Partner with the HR Service Center team to build reports and dashboards to drive self-service and to support HRIS configuration and reporting.
- Perform thorough review of business requirements as provided to determine feasibility of the request, provide additional functional solutions and work with the HR Service Center to deliver the requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities by rethinking existing configurations and working with the HR Service Center for business engagement.
- Serve as a Tier III system support for technical issues related to the use or functionality of HRIS.
- Provide input and knowledge sharing with HR Service Center team members, other HRIS Analysts and COEs as appropriate.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation related to HRIS functionality and the configuration requirements.
- Be accountable for the integrity of the Workday system, ensuring it remains compliant and meets business requirements for efficiency and change control.
- Be accountable for running and managing test scenarios to test both HRIS and business delivered enhancements and upgrade.
- Research and address data integrity issues and/or errors (i.e., back-end data, position, and organization management processes).
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Education/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/training/experience in Management Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field, required.
- Certification in assigned HR technology platform, preferred.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of five years’ experience in assigned HRIS platform (Workday) with a minimum of three (3) years of extensive knowledge in Workday Talent/Performance modules required. Global experience is preferred.
- Workday Pro and/or Dayforce Certification in preferred.
- Functional knowledge of the various human resource workstreams (Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, HR data, Talent, etc.), and how they integrate with one another.
- Experience delivering and improving Workday to maximize efficiency & deliver quality services.
- Experience working, monitoring, and interacting with third-party vendors.
- Ensures adherence to project schedules and can work effectively with peers to set project and service request priorities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills required. Attention to detail a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters.
- Ability to influence others, identify problems, and recommend a course of action.
- Able to process complex information and identify solutions that meet both internal and business partner requirements.
- Proficient interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully work with internal stakeholders and colleagues to contribute ideas, identify opportunities, and contribute to positive outcomes.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range posted based on various factors, including, but not limited to, job duties, experience and expertise. A candidate’s work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $92,480.00 - $138,710.00
