Job Description Summary
This position performs repairs and maintenance in plant or office facilities, or on machines and equipment. Typically performs work in one or more of the maintenance trades: carpentry, plumbing, painting, machine and equipment repair, electrical, sheet metal fabrication, and welding. Conducts routine, periodic or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment. Uses hand and power tools. Tests, inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs machines and equipment.

Must be able toutilizeSAP for any maintenance requirementsincluding: writing a Work Order, Adding comments to Work Orders, looking up spare parts and bill of materials
Averages a PM completion rate of90%year to date
Average A Critical PM completion rate of 98%year todate
Actively writes adequate notifications for itemsobservedneeding attention.
Current on all LOTO validations, Safetytrainingsand required certifications

Effective timemanagement;prioritizing tasks to maximize your day. Daily priority is A Critical ZM03, ZM01s, B/C Critical ZM03, ZM06s and confirming time in SAP before shifts end
Consistency: maintaining a high level of performance and productivity overaelongated period of time. this includes but is not limited to, team workon linecalls, PM completion, notifications,collorabationon projects
Communicates well with other departments, supervisors,
Shows leadership and can take charge of a situation to solve a problem
Good troubleshooting skills
Willing to work overtime or off shift when needed
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
LEVEL 1
- Demonstrates proper use of power tools (tool room provided). Use of drills, impacts, grinders, tachometers, calipers, hilti drills, strobe light, pipe threader, also including proper use of all hand tools required by provided list.
- Demonstrates proper housekeeping continuously to insure safe and clean conditions in all areas of his/her responsibilities including lockers and tool cart.
- Demonstrates and complies with all Lockout/Tag out Policy and procedures.
- Acquires within 60 shifts of job assignment, ownership of the proper tools for the job. List provided by process maintenance lead and/or Plant leadership.
- Identifies and explains potential hazards and safety procedures associated with the task being performed.
- Basic SAP skills (log in to check daily work).
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of mild steel welding with Mig, Arc.
- Possess good mathematical skills.
- Describes line flow from receiving to entrance of the freeze tunnel.
- Complete the Richland New Hire Training Module.
- Actively writes adequate notifications for items observed needing attention. Expectation of 1 Notification per week for the Previous 8 weeks prior to upgrade
