Job Description Summary

This team is dedicated to supporting our top North American Multinational Chain, Foodservice, and Retail customers ensuring tailored solutions, seamless collaboration, and exceptional service at every touchpoint.
This role is responsible for providing order management and customer service to Lamb Weston’s customers, serving as the primary order contact for both customers and sales teams. Daily responsibilities include processing customer orders and change orders received through various channels, delivering timely and customer-centric responses to inquiries, and collaborating across the Supply Chain organization to meet and exceed Lamb Weston’s service metric standards. The role interacts with a wide range of internal departments including Sales, Sales Support, Planning, Logistics, and Shared Services. Additionally, this position serves as a foundational role within the Customer Centric Operations team, offering opportunities for growth into more advanced customer operations and supply chain roles through demonstrated performance and cross-functional collaboration.
Job Description
Processcustomer orders and change orderstimely and accurately in SAP
Review, audit and enforce purchase order requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and saleson order inquiries
Provide clear and timely communicationto all stakeholders
Perform validation of inventory to ensurecase fill rate metrics are met
Maintaincustomer master data ensuring accurate shipment records
Modify orders in support of production and logistical priorities
Comply with all regulatory requirements for domestic and international shipments
Identify and escalate recurring order issues to drive process improvements and enhance customer experience
Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving order management efficiency
Work collaboratively with Supply Chain in support of company strategies
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Education/ Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or supply chain preferred
Skills and Experience:
2 years related experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, and or Export/Import required
Ability to quickly learn new systems; experience using SAP for order entry and inventory validation, Excel for reporting and analysis, and other Microsoft tools to support productivity is preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, essential for managing complex order workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining high service standards
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and take initiative in resolving customer or order-related issues
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across supply chain functions to support customer and operational goals
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, sales teams, and internal departments
Physical Environment/Demands:
Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment
Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required tosit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone and other office equipment in the course of normal workday
Stooping, bending, twisting and reaching may be required in completion of job duties

A candidate’s work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $48,340.00 - $72,500.00
